I would highly recommend Janet to anyone looking for an honest, highly qualified agent. My husband and I met Janet at an open house and immediately knew she should be the agent to represent us for our home sale. We felt very comfortable with her warmth, honesty and delightful personality. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Her understanding of the market and how to correctly price a home is second to none. Often times as a seller we believe our home should be priced much higher which would result in a home sitting on the market for what seems like an eternity. Janet will take the time to review her market analysis with you and explain in layman’s terms on how she derived the sale price. She sold our first home in record time and represented us on the purchase of our our second home. When we relocated we called her to represent us again on a second sale. Janet again worked her magic and the second potential buyer on the first showing of our home, prior to the open house, purchased it at full asking.

Janet has unparalleled integrity and knowledge coming from a career spanning over 30 years selling and listing homes. She has been in almost every home in Manhasset/Port Washington many more than once. Having lived in the area for over 30 years and raising her children here she has all the contacts of service providers we ever needed, and then some. You can tell she cares more about finding the right home for you, and gives spot on market analysis for listings instead of trying to over promise and under deliver which is a wasteful and frustrating game most brokers play. Janet Marron is my close friend and so when I made the decision to sell my condo at Mill Pond Acres in Port Washington, I called her to help me get through the move. She is so knowledgeable and made what could have been a stressful time so much easier. She led me through the process step by step. She was totally involved throughout and was always there for me!
